“My artistic journey began at a young age, raised among artists and antique dealers, where my passion for art and design was born. I studied interior design, incorporating my passion for design into my artworks.”

“With a longstanding passion for interior design, art, nature, emotions, and personal experience, my creative process forms the core of my work.”
What themes do you pursue? Is there an underlying message in your work?
“I try to combine design and art to elevate interiors to a higher level by creating unique artworks.”

How would you describe your work?
“I subtly influence the visual perception of emotions through the use of simple geometric forms and careful material usage, giving my artworks a dynamic and intriguing appearance. I draw inspiration from nature, emotions, and the human experience, resulting in thematic variation in my works. My art often evokes emotions and invites the viewer to discover deeper meanings in the layered compositions.”
Which artists influence you most?
“I am primarily inspired by my loved ones around me. They provide support, inspiration, and encourage me to grow and explore new creative possibilities. They enrich me and give me emotional strength during challenging times. The influence of my loved ones is invaluable in my artistic journey.”
What is your creative process like?
“I am primarily someone who works from a feeling that I want to convey to others. My artworks are emotions/feelings that I want to share with my surroundings. As an artist, I continue to experiment and evolve, constantly seeking new techniques and approaches to create engaging and innovative works.”
What is an artist’s role in society and how do you see that evolving?
“Artists play a role in expression, reflection, inspiration, and social change. They contribute to culture and identity, while also stimulating creativity and imagination.”
Have you had any noteworthy exhibitions you'd like to share?
“In 2022, I was nominated for "De nationale expo KSMKA Antwerpen." In 2014, I was nominated for "Best food mobile", Ghent Sint-Lucas school of Art. In 2010, I had a sculpture for auction "Something with balls", Art project at Ostend.”
