Description: Rather than depicting a landscape, the work articulates a psychological and metaphysical condition. It stages a suspended state of contemplation in which nature functions as both structure and mirror — a site where interiority and environment converge. Dreams drift across an immeasurable blue expanse, suggesting not escape, but expansion beyond the limits of material perception. Emerging from a concentrated tension of form and chromatic intensity, the imagery appears to detach itself from the density of matter, unfolding toward a horizon that remains deliberately unreachable. Emptiness —referred to as an intimate “Nothingness”— is not framed as lack, but as generative space: a matrix of affect, memory, and latent possibility. The viewer is invited to inhabit this threshold between memory and desire, permanence and dissolution. The work negotiates a subtle yet persistent dialectic between the real and the oneiric. While the physical presence —evoked through the solidity of the ancient trunk— anchors the composition, the psychic dimension resists containment, traversing a field charged with symbolic resonance. Time is rendered not as linear progression but as rhythmic pulse — cyclical, reflective, and internally expansive. Memory, in turn, operates less as narrative recollection than as visceral undercurrent, surfacing in surreal strata of consciousness. In this interplay between density and evanescence, the piece establishes an intimate dialogue between material image and immaterial drift. It ultimately proposes a contemplative space in which perception becomes temporal, and time itself unfolds as fertile reverie.
