Deuss is unveiling his new work on canvas for the 2023 annum. His artwork will make an appearance on his website. Deuss works with acrylic on paper and canvas. He is a self taught artist, who also attended evening classes and tutorials from professional painters. His work is intuitive expressionistic and without preconceptions. He claims to be particularly influenced by painters like Picasso, Willem de Kooning, Miro, Karel Appel, Le Corbusier, Alberto Magnelli, Bram van Velde, Richard Diebenkorn, and many others.

Jacobus Deuss is (b. 1945, Netherlands) is a contemporary abstract painter working and living in Antwerp , Belgium. After leading a business career, he changed to pursue his passion in painting in 1998. He is an intuitive lyric expressionistic painter.
