Carol Wates (b. 1943, United Kingdom) is a British artist who creates iPad pictures using the Brushes App. Carol trained at the Chelsea University of Art, and after graduation, she worked as a Visualiser in a London Advertising Agency. She loves the challenges of reflections, and changing light, that only nature can provide.
