Vic Vosen has nearly 20 years experience in watercolor. He grew up in a small cowtown in West Dakota graduating 17th in his class out of 140 people, with Honors and as Star Scout. Then, he left for Minnesota to get a Geology degree. This took 13 years after a near death experience he had.
