Urs Bratschi
Urs Bratschi lives in Switzerland in Rheinfelden, a small town near Basel. He bought a pasta roller in 2010. His ravioli, tortelloni and tagliatelle became increasingly complex over time. He developed a process to preserve the edible art and cast it in synthetic resin.
