Rocio was born in the Rio Grande Valley, a small tri-state area within deep south Texas near Mexico studying criminal justice at UTRGV. She’s always had a passion for art, it's an opportunity to prove something, not to others but to herself but most importantly a chance to bring people together as a whole.
