Lillian Pennypacker
In Lillian’s current body of work, she is inspired by Scagliola; a 17th century material that imitates marble. Her sculptures are like ruinous forms. They are a contemporary reimagining of the material with brightly colored, stone-like surfaces, inspired from archeology, nature and architecture.
