This is the International Prize for Contempory Art.

Tracey Charmaine was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey in the United States of America. Currently, she lives in Vitré, France. In July of 2009, Tracey received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
